Долго живя на Бали все больше понимаешь, какой это удивительный остров. Бали собрал в себе океанские волны для серфинга, теплый океан, прекрасные пляжи, закаты, рисовые террасы, древние индуистские храмы, вулканы… а теперь еще и многокилометровые трассы для лонгборда. Жаль...

В апреле сезон неожиданно вернулся вспять, и ветер в Куте часто дул с моря. Наш Инструктор Татуджи проиграл во втором раунде местных соревнований. Он совсем не расстроился, а мы не ожидали, что он так круто серфит. Проводили Пензу в Доминикану, на первый этап Чемпионата России...

В этом году на удивление рано началась зима. Ветер сменился окончательно, вода в Куте стала чистой, а волны правильными. Сразу же почаще стали приходить средние и большие волны. Новички взахлеб рассказывают друг другу как кого «замесило» и с какой волны они прокатились.

Две недели были среднего размера волны. Пару дней даже большие. Маленьких совсем не было. Сезон понемногу начинает меняться в сторону зимы (Балийской). Часто можно серфить на Куте, где вода стала намного чище и ветра почти нет. У нас появился новый инструктор, Татучи. Серфит больше...

В середине января к нам в гости прилетели участники проекта Wavehunters. Основная идея проекта – попробовать серфинг, посетить Бали и весело провести время в компании новых друзей. Но делать это все нужно активно. Самым активным в итоге возместят полную стоимость поездки. Ребята...

C Новым Годом! В России Новогодние праздники продлятся с 30 декабря по 8 января. Мы же начали праздновать еще 23 декабря, а закончим, похоже, только 24 января. Благо воздух у нас свежий и океан под рукой. Вы не подумайте, про серфинг мы не забываем, но такая уж особенность острова Бали...
